Do I need any recording experience?

Not at all. Many of our clients have never set foot in a studio before. We guide you through the whole process — from mic placement to the final master. Just bring your songs and we'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to record a song?

A single track typically takes 4–8 hours depending on the number of instruments and takes. We'll always give you an honest time estimate before you book so there are no surprises on the day.

How many mix revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

You get 3 mix revisions with every mixing package. That gives you room to fine-tune the track and get it sounding right. We also ask for a rough mix first so we can check your stems and make sure everything is ready before we start.

Is Mastering Included In The Price

Mastering is included in the mixing and mastering packages only.

Question 5

How Do I Send My Stems or Songs?

Accepted Answer

Your stems can be uploaded safely and securely via our upload form upon request. Bypass any compression / limiting you may have on your master bus. We advise leaving all sound design processing active on each stem. Do not normalize stems or change their volume. Playback of your stems should be exactly as your rough mix plays back.

What styles of music do you record?

All of them. Rock, country, folk, pop, hip hop, spoken word, podcasts — if it makes sound, we can record it. We don't impose a genre on your work. Ry has 30+ years of musical experience across a wide range of styles.

Can you help me get my music on Spotify and Apple Music?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer digital distribution as part of our recording packages, or we can prepare your masters ready for you to submit through your own distributor. Either way, we'll make sure your files meet every platform's technical requirements.

Question 8

Do you offer mixing and mastering for recordings done elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your stems or rough mixes and we can mix and/or master them remotely. This is a great option if you've tracked elsewhere but want a professional finish. Get in touch with your project details and we'll quote you.

Can you help with songwriting and song structure?

Absolutely. If you need guidance on arrangement, what instruments to add, how to structure a section, or even a session musician to fill out your sound — we can help. We're here for the full creative journey, not just the technical side.
